What information do we collect?

  • Form information: your full name, phone number, car make and model, model year, the province where you want the service, the service (taken from the service page you opened the form on; paint protection film on other pages) and message, as provided in the price request forms. On the form of our advertising page, also which advert brought you to the page (Google, Instagram or Facebook) and the name of the advertising campaign.
  • Cookies and measurement data: Essential cookies are used on every visit. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent. Details are given in the Cookie Policy.
  • Technical logs: The server that hosts the website may keep standard access logs (for example the IP address, browser information and the time of the request) for security and troubleshooting purposes.

  • To measure which channel our adverts bring requests from
  • To keep the website running and secure, and to protect it against misuse
  • If you give your consent, to improve the website by reviewing visit statistics and advertising measurement

Knowledge Base view counts

We count how many times Knowledge Base articles are read without using cookies. Only a daily total per article is kept; your IP address or anything that identifies you is not stored.

Third-party services

  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads: These are loaded only when you give analytics or marketing consent.
  • Map and video content: Google Maps and YouTube content loads when you click the relevant area. Once it has loaded, the relevant service’s own privacy policy applies.
  • Phone, WhatsApp and email links: When you click a link, you are taken to the relevant app. From that point on, the relevant service’s own terms apply.
  • Social media links: The social media links on the website take you to the relevant platform; the policies of these platforms apply separately.

Your form data is transferred to the customer relationship management (CRM) service (Bizim Patron) that we use to record and manage requests. Details are in the Data Protection Notice (KVKK).

Retention and security

Personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires, and when this period ends it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Reasonable technical and administrative measures are taken to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
